Contract Services

KT-Grant is the industry leader in providing contract refractory, slag, and scale removal services. Our substantial service fleet consists of over 500 pieces of specialty equipment designed by KT-Grant engineers and purpose-built in our Export, Pa manufacturing facility. Our equipment and technically skilled operators are utilized in a wide variety of industries and applications from all molten metal producing industries (ferrous and non-ferrous) to civil demolition. We provide dedicated or scheduled service from seven branch locations strategically located to respond to critical customer outages. We facilitate efficient and safe process equipment turnaround while positively impacting your bottom line via increased process equipment availability. We operate 24/7 and are available for emergency service.

Spare Parts And Repair

We offer onsite equipment maintenance and repair as well as remote technical support. Our spare parts are fully stocked and ready for expedited daily shipment worldwide.

Full maintenance programs are available including equipment refurbishment.

Equipment Purchase And Rental Services

When full-time service is not required, we will offer to sell or rent our equipment to meet your specific business needs. KT-Grant offers short-term, bare equipment rentals of our specialty track machine equipment. Various sizes/types of machines are available for diverse applications. Examples include blast furnace cast house floor maintenance, furnace tending, vessel cleaning, demolition, and cargo ship hold cleaning. Please contact us to discuss your particular application.

Onsite Technical Support

We provide onsite technical assistance and application development for equipment and process optimization. We also provide on-going safety and maintenance training.

Custom Equipment Design

KT Grant’s in-house engineering department provides design expertise to modify and/or develop equipment to meet customer specifications.
